1. Nature of Services

US Soft provides digital marketing training and educational services. As these are non-tangible services, return of services is not applicable.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to US Soft are non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in any course, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Payment deducted but service not provided (verified case)

4. Demo & Course Understanding

Students are advised to attend demo sessions (if available) and fully understand the course before making payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once enrollment is completed, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Transfer Policy

Course enrollment is non-transferable to another person.

7. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of transaction.
